Details about Edyta Eliks jewelry

You can choose one of our unique colors, and size selected personally by Edyta Eliks. But if you want to personalize your piece, just write to me at hello@edytaeliks.com and describe your desire, we will create an unique bracelet or pendant just for you. Use a measure and check, what size will fit you best.

Photos of Edyta Eliks collection were shot by charismatic lover of women’s nature – Helena. They were made with great passion, but keep in mind that colors can differ a little bit on your hand or neck from those watched on different screens. Just see it by yourself.

Packing and delivery

Designed just for you, dedicated especially for you, they are made not only for you to get your jewelry in perfect condition, but also to give you a special place to store your own, fragile piece, when you won’t have it on you.

If you notice any damage on the packing in the moment you get a delivery, write a protocol with your handsome courier and resend it to us. We will do what we can, to provide you with a undamaged packing .

Worldwide top supplier UPS will care for your package and provide it to you as fast and as carefully as possible for you to enjoy it, but as you may know, valuables are under cell control, so acknowledge, that the date of delivery might change because of that. To cheer you up, you can always track your package. Only situations which are not up to me can make your delivery late, but we will make sure that every such problem will be solved fast with our support. Returns and complaints

If you don’t like our products you can return them to us and we will return you the exact price of your piece, you will have to pay for the delivery to

The cash back which we are writing of is available only if you meet all the conditions from 1 to 3:

  1. You will resend your product in its original package: decorative and delivery one, in which your product was delivered and you will make sure the piece is secured with its original ribbons.
  2. Product won’t have any marks, stains, scratches etc, will be in its original condition, and unused (the product can’t have any signs of usage).
  3. The package with your product will be shipped to EL-X EDYTA ELIKS (address above) the latest in 14-th day (including Saturday and Sunday) from the time the delivery was shipped to your address.

The price of the product will be returned to you in the same way in which you paid us in 14 days time from the moment of EL-X EDYTA ELIKS decision, that you completed all of the above (1-3).

After your returned jewelry will be delivered to us (EDYTA ELIKS, post code: 62-200, city: GNIEZNO, street: ŁUBIEŃSKIEGO 8/1, country: POLAND)  in an undamaged packing, we will return your money in a 14-day time, in the same way as you paid us.
